These terms are an agreement between you and Rejil Raj PR, an individual developer in India who makes and publishes Code the Hero ("the game", on codethehero.com and in the Android app). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.
The game
Worlds 1–3 are free to play. Premium, which will unlock the other worlds and extra features, is coming soon. We may add, change or remove levels and features to improve the game.
Premium and subscriptions (when available)
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them, in Google Play for the app or in your account on the website. The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers; if you don't cancel before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's policies for app purchases, and the policy shown at checkout for web purchases.
Fair use
Please don't attack, overload or try to break into the game or its servers, or submit code meant to harm other players or the service. We may remove leaderboard entries that weren't earned fairly and block access for misuse.
Your code and feedback
Code you write in the game is yours. You let us store and run it to save your progress and to check your results. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the game without owing you anything.
Our content
The game, its levels, art, text and code belong to Rejil Raj PR. You may play it and share screenshots and results, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute the game or its levels.
No warranty
The game is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it correct and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will say so on the website. Continuing to play after an update means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
