Delete your Code the Hero account

In the game (fastest)

1. Open Code the Hero (the Android app, or the website once sign-in is available there). If you play without an account, there is nothing stored on our side: just clear the game's data in your browser or uninstall the app.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm.

By email

If you can't open the game, email support@codethehero.com with the subject "Delete my account", from the Google account you signed in with. We reply within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Right away: your progress, saved code, streak, badges, leaderboard entries and Premium record.
• Within 30 days: your account record. Backups roll off within 14 days after that.

Purchase records kept by Google Play follow Google's policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
